“love counterattacks” probably is a way of describing how this girl takes advantage of him knowing he’s in love and vulnerable. He compares this foul act of madness to a terrorist attack.
He considers him “collapsing”, which is a hyperbole for being emotionally torn apart. He compares this collapse to the Oklahoma city terrorist attack in 1995 which injured over 600 people and caused millions of dollars in damage.
He wants his girl back so bad he’s in a suicidal state.

Cormega here is alluding the fact he’s no idiot and he took it on his own hands to educate himself even if in jail. He was in the library reading books and understanding the law and system he’s confined in. This is in contrast to lifting weights which Cormega shows his disinterest in by pretty much saying its not a way to be content with time.
He goes on to say how the system limits the education of his people then go right back and mock them (ridicule). He’s not going to be one of the ignorant held back saying and knowing nothing, as the last line implies “im the voice of a soldier in the yard with a banger”. Which refers to his voice in the battlefield of our society.

His “hunger” refers to his need for power and acknowledgement, which is a common trait in ALL humans. He wasn’t poor, but from a very young age, and growing up around a lot of pain Cormega quickly learned how to live a life of crime.
