These two lines are in reference to two seperate songs by Eminem:
- “Stan”
The song Stan tells the story of an obsessed fan who drives himself crazy over worrying about whether or not Eminem will reply to his fanmail – in one of the letters he sends, he mentions his little brother, Matthew.

This song is massively successful – it created a whole new word for hardcore fans (“stans”) and Rolling Stone named it number 296 on their list of 500 Greatest Songs of All Time.
In the lyric in this song, Jarren is telling his fan “fuck you” – which is exactly what Eminem is doing in this lyric:
