How else would you be able to sing underwater?

Again, having fun with Jabberjaw’s fundamental “Scooby-Doo but underwater!” conceit. Rather than attempt to explain or justify the whole “why are they underwater? How does that work? the line has to be read in connection to it’s predecessors: so many rappers rap about how much money they got, constitute themselves as “niggas”, claim to fight the authorities but have no vision for change, in fact they support the current system instead of trying to change something
