Speaking on more of a political note, A-1 is saying the rich (in this case, whites) are always saying African-Americans put this poverty on themselves. When in reality, it’s influences like the picture above that help prove the white people are the ones who made ghetto areas the way they are.

After dealing with all of the criticism from the parents, the kids, and fans, Tyler doesn’t see a reason to make music anymore. He can’t please everyone, so in order to please them he thinks it’d be best to record his time in therapy and release it.
Also, if you think about it – he recorded a session called “Bastard” in 2009 and sent everybody a link.
Considering the irony that his first three solo projects (Bastard, Goblin, and Wolf) have been centered around therapy sessions with his “shrink” Dr. TC. However, since his fans still don’t understand him and constantly complain, he has the urge to literally refrain from another album and be more straight forward with recording a literal therapy session and sending it to everyone hassling him.
Tyler here is appealing to a borderline manic trait that is so common among great creative types. At the same time, he appeals to the audience that truly related with tyler’s narrative of being somebody in need of therapy.
