This is our first introduction to T-Bag. Here we learn what crimes T-Bag committed to get into prison, and what kind of people he runs with.
We also learn that T-Bag aligns himself with homosexuality, because in this scene he has a boy following him around holding onto his pocket. This means the boy was allowing T-Bag to have relations with him in exchange for protection.
BRIAN: LJ, hold up.
LJ: Hold up?
BRIAN: I don't think I can go through with this.
LJ: Everything's gonna be fine. Trust me.
[We hear a buzz and a man walks out of the door, straight past the two boys. LJ and Brian follow]
[Skips to a man taking a big bag of marijuana out of his boot and handing it LJ, who puts it in his bag. The man is obviously a drug dealer. He closes the boot]
DRUG DEALER: We understand each other then?
LJ: Yeah.
DRUG DEALER: Friday. Not Saturday, not Sunday, Friday.
LJ: It's totally understood.
DRUG DEALER: I don't want 100s, I don't want 5s, I don't want 1s.
LJ: I know, I know. 10s and 20s only.
[LJ pats him on the arm and him and Brian go and pick up their bikes. The drug dealer goes back inside and LJ and Brian begin to cycle away. We then see a man in a car]
MAN: [Into a walkie-talkie] It's on.
[The man starts his car. We see LJ and Brian cycling down an alley. Suddenly a police car pulls up in front of them and a policeman gets out]
POLICEMAN #3: Police!
[LJ and Brian go turn and run when they see another police car pull up behind them] Prison Break – Pilot

A very clever metaphor using Ether as the focal point.
Ether is a potent chemical compound that would indeed kill you if a beaker was poured on you.
Ether is also a diss track to Jay-Z, written by Nas. In hip hop culture, it has become a slang word used to describe a strong insult.
Wax is in a chemistry lab creating literal Ether, and is going to kill you with the chemical. He is also in the “lab”, another word for studio, writing a track as potent as Nas' Ether, so he can send it out and kill you lyrically. Either way you’re dead.
Justin Bieber is a pop-star whose musical talents arrived before puberty did. Because of his high pitched voice, he was/is perceived as very feminine and weak. Wax thinks these people are even weaker than JB.
MICHAEL: The evidence says you did.
LINCOLN: I don't care what the evidence says, I didn't kill him.

Larry and Polly knew each other since before Piper went to prison.
Since Polly’s husband went off to Alaska on a trip and Piper was in jail, Larry decided to go help Polly out with her new baby. When he got there, she handed him the child, tits hanging from her shirt, and acted very confortable around him. All this time spent with each other made them grow close.
The first TRUE moment in their relationship, though, was when Larry kissed Polly on the lips. In a hotel lobby, he dropped his bags, and passionately kissed her. Pete showed up seconds away from catching them.
Later that week, Polly showed up at Larry’s house and said “Fuck me.” And he did. Not long after, Polly broke up with Pete to be with Larry. And they’re living happily ever after.
