In October 2002, Kanye West was involved in a serious car crash that fractured his jaw. His song “Through the Wire” is about this incident

It refers to two things;

  1. The Lexus Car Crash before Through the Wire
  2. And the 2009 Taylor Swift incident because he says “spitting flames” which means atrocious statements as well as hot lines
