The whole hook is an interpolation of Biggie’s verse on Junior M.A.F.I.A.’s classic song “Get Money”.

Pay my own bail, commence to ass-kickin'
Kick in the door, wavin' the .44
All you heard was “Poppa don’t hit me no more!”

Ghost will bust down the door in the middle of the night with his 4mm calibre pistol.

This line is also a reference to yet another Biggie song, “Kick In The Door”.

Kick in the door, waving the four-four
All you heard was Poppa don’t hit me no more

The song even took shots at Rae and Ghost, following Ghost and Rae’s diss to Biggie on Rae’s Only Built 4… Cuban Linx back before Big and the Clan were cool.

Here, Theo is both making a reference to Jim Jones’s We Fly High with its ever-popular ad-lib “ballin” and Jim Jones' clothing brand Vampin (which is pretty horrible.) While Theo could be referring to balling in the rapper sense, which is blowing money fast, he could also mean that he actually balls up in fancy clothes ‘cause he’s got it like that.

It could also be a play on words, using the last name of Jones' wife, Lampkin.
