If you’re a critical analyzer of the song, you are definitely to realize that such terms is way more bigger than happiness. By the rhythm of his voice within the instrumentals, that Euphoria could be described as a big state of piece of mind, which is what the Macadelic mixtape emphasizes, through the use of drugs. Mac just took drugs to another level, he took it as developmental, and addressed what benefits he gets from drugs. It is therefore a very personal and particular feeling which most people (specially on his age have not yet or may never get to experience) , it’s not just “Molly!” or whatever drug.
