Action uses a double entendre here:
- Jacket ties in with the other half of this line when Action says “The rug gotta hibernate,”. Before hibernation , animals grow bigger fur coats, or jackets, so they can stay warm.
- Jacket is a homophone for jack it, which refers to a hand job. This ties in with mate and the sex ad-lib because by definition, a mate is a:

Action is referring his home as the Lions' den, and this line means that since he is traveling across the world performing, he is never in his home — or Lion’s den.
This line also refers to the idiom

which means that your are in a bad situation; It originated from the story, Daniel in the Lions' Den. Action’s “bad situation” could have been a bad event that happened — or it could have been his life and how he made it through the rough times.
This half of the line also ties in with the other half of the line, “Boomer Esiason”, in that Boomer played for Cincinnati Bengals, whose stadium, named Paul Brown Stadium, is also known as the Lions' Den.

You would would expect Polish doctors to make a lot of money, right? In America, doctors earn a high salary; however, Polish doctors earn less than the average Polish citizen.
With that in mind, Action makes a play on Polish jokes, which usually imply that the subject of the joke — being Polish people — don’t know how to do things. Thus, the punchline of a Polish joke about a Polish doctor would probably be that the doctor was fat. It’d be ironic for a health professional to have shitty health. To conclude this, Action is implying that his bank account is fat — or has a lot of money.
Also, Action can be making a joke on how Polish last names are usually quite long (i.e. “Doctor Siesztrzewitowski”); the number of 0’s in Action’s bank account is comparable to the number of letters in a Polish doctor’s name.
As a Polack, I’m pretty sure I’ve heard every “dumb Polack” joke. Bronson is saying his bank account is stupid rich.
I think that Bronson, as a Jew and Muslim in one person, intentionally makes fun of Polish people who are Roman Catholics, believing in Jesus. I think that the verse suggests that his bank accounts number is hard to pronounce for its length, like the doctor’s name.
Polish doctors earn much more than the average Polish citizen.
