Micheal “Eyedea” Larsen released an EP in 2010 titled When in Rome, Kill the King. In doing so, Sadistik now feels numb. Perhaps he’s referring to himself (based off the previous line) – perhaps he killed himself and thus feels nothing.

From looking at Kristoff Krane’s song Always Be A Friend we can assume this line has multiple meanings:

“Kill The King” You told me, I asked you what it meant
You said it means to feel with all your heart and die in your head

Eyedea told Sadistik to “die in his head and feel with all his heart”. However, the brain is located in your head and so Sadistik creates a little paradox. Sadistik died in his head to be able to feel, but this caused him to lose the ability to feel.
