Drake doesn’t mind the occasional reminder that he must remain humble and realize that he is not entitled to anything he wants just because he is rich and famous.

He could be referring to being in the V.I.P. room with a stripper. When a stripper says she doesn’t dance, she means that she is down to fuck. Relationships are rough and sometimes a one and done is exactly what you need.

Or he’s alternately referring to both perspectives on this line. He’s referring to a girl that will be a stripper for him in private (romance) but not in the public (“don’t dance” referring to pole dancing at a club in the previous line).

Drake could also be saying that he is fine with a stripper blatantly lying to him (ie. a stripper that does not dance) all in an effort to massage his ego. It’s like someone saying “ I usually don’t do this, but you are special”.

Together, it suggests that sometimes he wants to kick back and have a romantic time, sometimes he wants to just fuck, and sometimes he wants a girl that will give him the best of both worlds.

In the song “Run This Town,” Kanye says he doesn’t rap in order to drive a Rav-4, because he is rich and Rav-4s are cheap, “Hey, I’m 17 and this is my first car!” cars.

Rocky takes this to the next level, by replacing the Rav-4 with a Land Rover. He wants to be so successful that driving a Land Rover, the cheaper, but still relatively expensive (they all start at $35,000+) cousin of the Range Rover, would be an insult to his status and wealth.

This line is a derivation of Kanye’s line, which is actually derived from this Scarface line…

Rocky’s thinking of buying a Lamborghini and wrapping it in A Bathing Ape’s classic camouflage pattern.

Lamborghini is a representation of success in the rap community due to its sleek design and expensive price tag. Rocky knows he has not hit it big yet, so he is still dreaming of owning that Lamborghini, however, he knows that his time will come soon.

Further, Rocky references the Japanese clothing brand A Bathing Ape. Rocky has rapped about the brand on several occasions. Notably, on “Brand New Guy,” he raps:

I’m camo down to my boxers, gold teeth, A Bathing Ape

Confetti is generally cut in to small pieces, Cole is saying their money is the same way, tiny.

In “Dead Presidents II,” J. Cole’s mentor Jay-Z also compares money to confetti in the line:

Your paper falls slow like confetti

So Cole could be paying homage to Jigga and also saying that their money comes slowly.

Rick Ross knows that the opinions of people that aren’t living his type of lifestyle are irrelevant. They aren’t in the inner circle, so their opinions don’t matter. Furthermore, as he states in the next line, even Kanye has been in his inner circle before both of them even got famous, which makes other people’s opinion about him even more irrelevant.

The interesting thing about this line is the idea of being accepted by outsiders. This is the opposite of what we would normally expect to be true, so in a way it insinuates that Rick Ross is the outsider from everyone else’s point of view, but it doesn’t matter to him because he’s not being rejected by them, they’re being rejected by him.
