Furthermore, as he states in the next line, even Kanye has been in his inner circle before both of them even got famous, which makes other people’s opinion about him even more irrelevant.

The interesting thing about this line is the idea of being accepted by outsiders. This is the opposite of what we would normally expect to be true, so in a way it insinuates that Rick Ross is the outsider from everyone else’s point of view, but it doesn’t matter to him because he’s not being rejected by them, they’re being rejected by him.
