This is a reference to The Godfather, a 1972 gangster movie about a fictional Italian mafia family named The Corleone Family. The Don, Vito Corleone, sends his adviser, Tom Hagen, to Hollywood, California, USA to speak to film producer, Jack Woltz. Woltz refused to hire singer, Johnny Fontane, for a role in an upcoming movie. Since Fontane is Corleone’s godson, Corleone hopes to intervene on his behalf.

Unfortunately, Woltz hates Fontane so much that he refuses to give Fontane the role because he knows it will make him a film star. After Hagen reports back to Corleone, Corleone sends his men to decapitate Woltz’s prized horse and leave the head on his bed. The message is that if Woltz doesn’t give Fontane the role, something similar or worse will happen to Woltz. The intimidation tactic worked because Woltz eventually agrees to give Fontane the role.

Bronson later goes on to reference this scene in a song w/ Evidence and Alchmeist
