When I was a teenager I had half a dozen DVDs that I would mute and play on a loop late at night while I worked on music. Superbad was one of those movies. One time I was tripping acid with my friends and they put on the director’s cut (which I hadn’t seen). I freaked the fuck out whenever a part came up that I didn’t recognise, cos I’ve literally seen this movie a hundred times or more, just not that cut.

A play on the phrase “wild, wild west”.

Title of the track is the word COTTON backwards, with one of the ’T’s missing.

In this instance the word refers to both the literal cotton a sheep grows and the cotton bottoms worn by the people I’m talking about here.

While I’ve never actually been assaulted by an adversary, my one beef that I had with that one prick did lead to a track where I was promised a hiding, etc. from him and his pals.
