“Flipping” is another way of saying sell. “Bird” is another slang term for cocaine. So Royce isn’t saying fuck you when he “flips the bird” he is referencing that he is selling cocaine. He has similar lines in other songs to where you can tell it’s true:

I spit coke the eight balls in the corner pocket

He is using theses line as a metaphor to swallowing a whole full uncut watermelon(the truth/clean) before he swallows the “Double Down Sandwich” (BS/nasty stuff) on the radio or what the media feeds. He has said in multiple interviews in the past that he does not enjoy the politics of radio like in this one:

Royce doesn’t want to have all of these double standards as in: the mainstream standards being lowered while you need really high standards to make it in the underground.

Prodigy of Mobb Deep suffers from sickle cell anaemia. Royce is using a play on words to equate himself to being as sick as a disease, but as he clears it up at the end saying he’s not saying he’s better than Prodigy, he just has a really good flow.

During a LA Lakers game one time, Chris Rock was caught on camera shouting nonsense at Kobe Bryant to get his attention. Though Kobe was not listening to that immaturity and kept focused on the game. Royce is basically going to ignore you and focus on his skilled rapping, because everything you say is just childish loud talk.

Royce is on twitter constantly and he jokes about it all the time. He’s not dissing Drake for being on twitter and he’s certainly not dissing anyone’s “mainstream image.” As he mentions in his Forever Freestyle, which he says:

This line is just telling the average listener to tweet about the fact that he killed this freestyle.

He’s only joking with the auto-tune, which has been criticized in the hip hop community.

In Gettin' Money Freestyle, Royce has the line in the chorus where he says:

Unless it’s me usin' it
Cause I’m the shit fool

Nice little case where he’s clowning.
