Amy doesn’t like that mainstream rap is overwhelmingly dominated by males. Indeed, Nicki Minaj also recognizes this fact, asserting that she is the only current super successful female rapper.

Amy wishes for the industry to let her out in the spotlight so she can assert herself as a rap queen. She wants females (and aspiring female rappers) to look up to her.

The rap industry is watching two upcoming female rappers, both with very similar names. The line likely is referencing Azealia Banks, a young rapper from NYC.

Iggy likely refers to Iggy Azalea (notice how the cleverly line works now – Azealia Banks and Iggy Azalea). Iggy Azalea hails from Australia.

Both are very young female rappers that are trying to break way into the music industry. The two, however, have had a history of feuding.

Amy is not happy that female rappers are all compared to each other. Amy is not Nicki Minaj, nor is she trying to be.

The two both have completely different rapping styles, and Amy is annoyed that just because she is female, she has to be lumped in with all other female rappers.

No definite explanation exists for why green ink was chosen for US Currency, but there are credible theories.

With the growing popularity of U.S. currency and the development of photography in the mid-1800s, it was customary to print the notes in black combined with colored tints as a deterrent to counterfeiting. The early camera saw everything in black. Features that were distinguishable on a note by color variant lost their individuality when reproduced photographically. However, the counterfeiter soon discovered that the colored inks then in use could easily be removed from a note without disturbing the black ink. He could eradicate the colored portion, photograph the remainder, and then make a desired number of copies to be overprinted with an imitation of the colored parts. The solution to the problem lay in the development of an ink that could not be erased without adversely affecting the black coloring. Such an ink was developed and the patent rights were purchased by Tracy R. Edson, who later was one of the founders of the American Bank Note Company. This is one of the same firms that produced the first paper money issued by the United States. The faces of these and other early notes produced under contract were printed with a green tint, presumably of the protective ink.

Essentially, Steve Jobs did not get along with CEO John Sculley.

Jobs had attempted to reorganize the company as VP. Sculley found out about this and went to Cupertino to confront Jobs head-on regarding the issue. Sculley convinced the board that Jobs needed to go. Not only did they remove him from his VP position at Apple, but they also removed him from General Management of the Mac department.

What did this leave him as? Chairman. He essentially had no power at a company he had started. As you can imagine, this did not go over well with Jobs.

Whip is a term referring to a car. Chamillionaire is no stranger to nice cars, and he raps about them quite frequently.

When he rolls up in one of his luxurious cars, ladies will find him much more appealing. Back to the last line, they probably will strip now!

Vegetation is a general term for, well, plants. In this case, Chamillionaire is likely referring to plants that produce edibles. (Vegetables and fruit.)

Vegetation is primarily green, the color of a certain other thing Chamillionaire likes to brag about.

Whomever is talking to Chamillionaire desires some cash.

“No Contest” is a plea that can be entered in for a trial. The defendant neither amits, nor denies, guilt. It’s typically used for plea bargains. However, in this line, Chamillionaire claims that he is so obviously dope, that it really is no contest against someone else, playing on the term “pleading no contest”.

Green is also a term for money. He is making money (which is the same color as Scope) while a girl is gargling him as they would mouthwash.
