This outro is part of the episode “Paris Green” from an HBO show called Boardwalk Empire. In this part specifically, the character called Margaret is a widow, and through out the show becomes Nucky Thompson’s mistress. In this particular episode, Margaret argues with Nucky over another woman — Annabelle — and how Margaret and Nucky’s relationship is an ‘arrangement'that is making her sick.
Fits well with the song since the outro it’s an actual fight over ‘being the other’. Through out the song, the female character Trey is referring to seem to overlook his cheating, while Margaret starts a whole discussion over the relationship simply because she saw Nucky and Annabelle talking to each other and sharing some memories earlier on the episode.
