O objetivo aqui é dizer que desde o início, ao longo de 500 anos, minorias mandam no país: Os colonizadores mandaram nos índios, afamília Real foi portuguesa, passou-se pela ditadura militar, e mesmo hoje pode-se considerar que apesar de existirem muitos partidos políticos, poucos de fato opinam. Não há escapatória…
Dessa maneira, o que o cidadão não pode fazer é aceitar tudo que lhe é imposto, aceitar que seus sonhos se tornem inalcançáveis. Se fizer isso, não chegará a lugar nenhum.

Pode-se ver nos dois primeiros versos a utilização do recurso literário do encadeamento ou enjambement. Ou seja, ou o primeiro verso termina realmente com uma simples repetição de “um homem” ou ele se encaixa no verso seguinte para completar seu significado, sendo a frase completa “Se você se porta como um homem, um homem será.”

E para se portar como um homem, as chaves são manter a conduta e seguir lutando; chaves discutidas durante toda a música.

You can see in the first two verses the usage of the literary device of enjambement, enjambment or run on line.
