O'Brien isn’t that popular of a rapper so being on his grind isn’t new to him.
Also OB is from “Up North” in Canada where he’s more likely to ice skate than grind
If you know what money from Canada looks like then the name for OB’s “label” makes complete sense
OB O'Brien is signed to Toronto’s Frostbyte Media
Since OB is Canadian he knows french which is sticking with the stereotype theme since a stereotype for Canadians is that they speak/are french
Je m'appelle OB comment t'appelle tu in english means My name is OB, what’s your name?
This line implies that you will be able to accomplish great things (“win that cup,”) if you overcome the stereotypes talked about in the opening lines of the verse

The kid is passing his classes and playing sports
Ghost is taking back the things he bought his girl/what she bought herself with his money
If she doesn’t want to give him that ring (“rock on your finger”) then Ghost is going to take her whole finger including the ring

Even though Shad isn’t rich and his life has ups and downs his music/jams will still rock your body like a kidney stone which is essentially a rock in your body
Kidney stones also “pass through” your body so when Shad’s tunes pass through your ears they’ll also rock you
