Peep plays with two meanings of the word “line” to create a double entendre between doing cocaine and the fact that this song’s chorus is 16 lines in length.

Peep often resorted to drugs to make himself feel better. In this instance, he’s snorting “blow”—slang for cocaine. Cocaine is a drug that pops up in various Peep songs, including “Witchblades”, “White Girl”, and “Cry Alone” for instance.

Moreover, the typical rap verse and this song’s chorus itself contains 16 lines of lyrics. For Peep, and many fans of his style of music, the music itself acts as a kind of medicine to make you feel better and help you cope with your problems. Thus, Peep is suggesting that by creating his own music, he is making himself feel better.

Beginning its sailing in the 1560’s, The Swallow was a slave ship owned by John Hawkins —the same man who owned the Jesus of Lübeck. The late writer and former slave trader Job Hortop mentioned the ship in his journal “Carried Thence for Trafficke of the West Indies Five Hundred Negroes”: Job Hortop and the British Enter the Slave Trade, 1567.

The Comet (1831) … carrying cargoes of slaves, [was] driven by waters into British coasts, whereupon the slaves were liberated, and the United States Government made claims for the payment of compensation to the owners of the slaves.

The Henry of London and The Elizabeth were two different slave ships captained by William Snelgrave; a slave trader and ship captain who kept journals of his travels and experiences. The Henry of London, in particular, was one of his captained ships that was nearly overthrown by slaves. In The Land of the Golden Trade by John Lang, it is stated:

Again, in 1721, when in command of the Henry of London, Snelgrave’s ship was twice nearly being overpowered. It was in each case the Kormantine natives who rose, stubborn fellows and hard to deal with, in their greater determination and tenacity differing from all other tribes of those coasts; “desperate Fellows, who despised punishment and even Death itself,” says Snelgrave as he describes how at Barbadoes and other of the West Indian islands, frequently “on their being in any ways hardly dealt with to break them from their Stubbornness in refusing to work,” as many as twenty at a time on one plantation have been known deliberately to hang themselves.

Trips on The Elizabeth were discussed in detail in Snelgrave’s A New Account of Some Parts of Guinea, and the Slave Trade.

The Brigantine Sanderson was a slave ship captained by David Lindsay. Built in the year 1745, it was on the smaller side as far as slave ships were concerned. The ship is directly mentioned in The American slave-trade: an account of its origin, growth and suppression by John Randolph Spears.

La Amistad was a Spanish slave ship, perhaps most famous for being the site of a mutiny in which African captives took control of the ship during a journey from Cuba to slave auctions in the American South. In 1997, Steven Spielberg made a movie about it.

High value items are often delivered using courier service UPS, so it’s important for the company’s employees to take good care of the boxes. Additionally, a UPS delivery could mean that something exciting is inside for the receiver of the box.

Obsessive sneaker collectors (sneakerheads) are known for not only treasuring the sneakers themselves, but also the retail boxes they came in.

In other words, just as UPS boxes and sneaker boxes are treated with care, Lupe will treasure this girl’s box (vagina) and treat her with care. In the context of whole verse Lupe is saying how much he desires and cares about hip-hop.
