WPR stands for “Westchester-Putnam-Rockland Counties,” and 6946319 is the Exisiting Extradition Agreement Number

With the amount of time Hov was spending in upstate New York, the NYPD figured it would be a good idea to process an Extradition Request, just in case. This means that if the po-po pick him up for something in one of those counties, they have to send him back to NYC

“Amnesia” is 5 Seconds Of Summer’s 2014 release that rocketed to the top of the charts not long after they debuted it on tour. It was included on their eponymous debut album 5 Seconds Of Summer.

The song’s release was accompanied by a somber black-and-white lyric video, a change of pace for the normally high-flying band.

The song was written by a small army of people, including the two brothers from Good Charlotte and one of the dudes from Color Me Badd.

In this song, the narrative voice reminisces about his past relationship and the pain of hearing the fact that his ex has ‘moved on’ – he doesn’t want to believe that she is happy with someone else that is not him.

Sondheim told the Paris Review that the latter part of this show is all about the consequences not only of the characters' wishes, but of how they achieved them:

The second act is about the consequences of not only the wishes themselves but of the methods by which the characters achieve their wishes, which are not always proper and moral.

There is a subtle but important connection in this seemingly impressionistic lyric. The actual Great Depression began in the same year (1929) that the classic blues song “Rollin' and Tumbin'” was first recorded
