Ross is so rich, he lives next to esteemed (and presumably rich) actor Denzel Washington – an actor, who, like Ross, has convincingly played a gangster

As Denzel’s main residence seems to be NYC’s elite building of elite buildings 15 Central Park West, where the cheap places go for almost $6 million, and Ross appears to live in Davie, FL, this is likely an exaggeration

Oliver is fellow Canadian OVO member Oliver El-Khatib, who Drake calls one of his closest friends and is Drizzy’s brand manager. The “North” presumably comes from his Canadian heritage (he grew up in both London and Toronto), and is a pun on the controversial political figure Oliver North. El-Khatib is pictured below:

Aimed at rapper Common. Common dissed Drake in the song “Sweet”–something he at first denied, and then grudgingly admitted.

This line establishes the verse as Drake’s counter-punch and indicates that Common is acting like a woman. The “acting” word choice is a nod to Common’s burgeoning career as a thespian. The phrasing also gives Common respect for what he’s done in the rap game, just calling him a bitch for what he’s doing now

While Drake has not directly confirmed that this section of the song is about Common, French Montana, who also appears on this track, has told interviewers to “read between the lines” to understand the tune.
