Legendary pro wrestler Hulk Hogan cultivated an all-American image in the 1980’s that involved him promoting what he called his three “demandments”: training, saying prayers, and eating vitamins. In addition, his pre-match interviews would often find him waxing about his arm muscles, which he inevitably called his “24-inch pythons”:

Continuing the Method Man disses, Budden demeans what is often said about Method, that he is a great live performer. Joe mocks this here, and implies that, while it may be true, it’s not worth much financially

Joe’s pun on Def Poetry Jam is very pointed. Budden famously had a negative reaction to Method Man’s high placement on a Vibe magazine list of best rappers alive:

“They’re doing a play-off style bracket,” Joe said in a video. “I’m ranked 32. Redman 9, you can make an argument. Love Method Man to death, he’s No. 9. You mean to tell me that if Method Man was standing in front of my face right this second and we had to rap, back and forth, that Method Man would be the victor? Against me?”

Meth took offense to this characterization and started dissing Budden back. The beef culminated in a confrontation at a Rock the Bells show between Budden and Meth’s groupmate Raekwon

This Biblical reference here is to John 8:7: “He that is without sin among you, let him first cast a stone at her”. It is meant as a reminder that all humans are flawed. Thought-as-Redford here uses his variation to get across the same idea with more of a mocking tone – people who criticize his lifestyle may think they are living “without sin”, but they are kidding themselves

He is saying that if your life doesn’t require you to sin, good for you; continue living your sinless life. However, for him, a sinless life isn’t even a possibility, let alone an option.
