These lines have a metaphorical meaning. Throughout his life, Eminem has often discussed how the demands of his music career have interfered in his personal life, forcing him to choose between making music and spending time with his daughters. With that being said, this line seems almost to subtly allude to the idea that, for him, music and family are mutually exclusive– that only when “the girls are sleep” or not around does he feel like he can give in to his passion for music, which is constantly calling to him.

The sun, moon, and stars are all celestial bodies, suggesting that the youth of the hood are heaven sent, and reinforcing the argument against abortion in the previous line.

This might also be a loose reference to this line from AZ’s “Your World Don’t Stop”.
