Talk about a path of ascension for Disclosure! 2013 was quite the year for the brothers from the UK. Their album Settle was named the Rock Genius #2 Album of 2013 and now they’ve taken their uniquely accessible brand of electronic music to a major slot at Coachella (Ahead of Lana Del Rey?!?! Damn…that’s a testament to how marketable Disclosure and the entire electronica movement has become.)
The Baltimore-based Wye Oak has remained relatively quiet since dropping 2011’s Civilian. This will surely yield a preview of the upcoming 2014 release from the sultry voiced Jenn Wasner and multi-instrumentalist Andy Stacks.
