It’s actually A Tribe Called Quest (with an “A” at the beginning), someone in the copy edit department seemed to be ok with dropping the “A” on the name of one of the most legendary/influential hip-hop crew of all-time. They even abbreviate as “ATCQ” a lot…Considerable oversight on their part.
Despite the mistake on Pitchfork’s part, the nod to ATCQ they are referring to is the bass line on NaNa, which is sampled from ATCQ’s “Sucka Nigga.”. Q-Tip sampled the bass line from Jack Wilkin’s Red Clay. Basically, Chance has created a 3 piece sample chain!

I gotta give Daft Punk props for pulling in Panda Bear (real name is Noah Lennox) on “Doin It Right”. It struck me as a nod to the success of indie rock and even to the success of Animal Collective in being an inspiration for experimental indie bands on the come up. Peep the crazy video:
