In 2011, SBTRKT started an electro-soul wave that was quickly capitalized on by Disclosure. Tre Mason, the son of De La Soul LEGEND, DJ Maseo is the 2nd freshman (Winston) on the short list of Heisman Candidates. Dude is absolutely ridiculous and helped lead Auburn into a Nat'l Championship showdown against Florida State. He’s a swift runner and came up huge in Auburn’s season-ending win against Missouri with 304 rushing yards and 4 TD’s (not a typo)!

On the year, Mason has racked up 1,621 yards and a whopping 22 TD’s. Playing in the super tough SEC gives Mason a big edge here. Look at his rushing yardage totals against the cream of the crop teams:

vs UGA – 115 yds 1 TD
vs Ala – 132 yds 1 TD
vs Mis – 304 yds 4 TD’s – Had to mention this one again!
