In actuality, he is not taller than average height. But, Abel uses a metaphor to compare a number of possible things:

1. He looks 6 feet tall on stage because he’s on a platform. Abel is actually 5' 8".
2. Height is often used to represent status. She sees him as someone of great importance because he’s up on a stage.
3. How tall i.e. high he is, compared to his actual height.

…But, once he’s in front of her (or rather, inside her mouth) it’s clear that he isn’t 6 feet tall, and how she’s not even on his level – his height in life.

Furthermore, when he ‘put it in her mouth’, she can’t reach his balls [sang in an echo].. a very interesting way to suggest he is large below the belt, making up for what he lacks in height.

The echo of the ball links into the next line which begins with ‘Ballin’‘.

The Weeknd spent 21 years without leaving Toronto to seeing the world in 12 months on tour.

In his only interview as The Weeknd, Abel mentions that he just took his first plane trip.

“From when I was born to when I was 21, I never left Toronto. That’s why I’m such a city cat. Trilogy is my experiences in those four walls. Kiss Land is me doing the things I did in Trilogy in different settings.”

The Weeknd had been living the same lifestyle for 21 years, leaving his creativity and imagination locked by his conscience. It was as if he was trapped in a tight room staring at the walls progressively becoming insane.
