Kanye West had surgery done on the entire bottom row of his teeth after a car crash. It required his bottom jaw wired shut.

(Read the lyrics and listen to “Through The Wire” where Kanye raps while his mouth is wired and talks about how lucky he was to survive the car crash.)

He’s also saying If you got mouth like Kanye (as in if you keep mouthing off) like what Kanye did to Taylor Swift at the VMA awards, he will knock your teeth out if you disrespect him.

This is also probably a continuation of the robbery theme in the lines above. Kanye revealed in an October 2010 Ellen episode that his bottom row of teeth had been replaced by diamonds, so Royce would steal them by knocking them out.

Eminem is acknolwedging that he may be nearing the end of his rap career. And as one of his final acts, he signed Slaughterhouse. He’s also setting up for the next track on the EP “Loud Noises”, which features Slaughterhouse.
