Here, the rich people are encouraging control of the poor people with money. “Take my wallet” refers to the money, “making people robotic” refers to dehumanizing people to the point when money becomes the only goal, “catatonic” refers to a disturbed state of mind, usually linked to schizophrenia, “harmonic” may refer to the production of music, which in turn could be a demand to work for him (slavery). Harmonic could also refer to the harmonic progression of a repetitive wave at the same frequency, which in turn could mean driving people nuts with doing the same thing over and over again (extensive work and labor) , limited with what they have if they chose to pass the offer of money.

The credit card seems to be a frequent reference of the song. Perhaps it is a symbol of problems and death, as money does cause a lot of psychological issues. Money also seems to be a necessity of success. What is ironic here is that this person dwells over his financial situation (symbolized by credit card), and then uses the credit card to end his/her own life,w without even realizing it.
