I wanted to do the opposite of the drug culture rap which is solely about vibe and not substance. Its literally famous rappers going into rehab or dying from drugs and in the middle of all of that I want to come back with the opposite of what they are doing for the people who have been waiting. I wanted to pack in a lot of multi syllable flows here and still make it make sense throughout the whole song

The media seems to have 1 of 2 reactions to minorities being killed. Either barely mention it in a small news blurb a long with all the other people killed that day OR put their dead body on the front page of the news for everyone to see. Ayesha Saddiqi, editor in Chief of The New Inquiry asked on Twitter last year “Have you ever seen a white corpse in the news? Seriously”
