I feel like this is a little general for all four of these lines. It would suffice for, “I gotta figure, it can’t hurt to ask…” but the other three lines all express something different.
“Suspension of disbelief…” is a flip of the phrase “suspension of belief” that many skeptics like to use when referring to the existence of God. El-P’s skepticism disappeared the moment the “freak flash” occured (maybe the plane’s engine caught fire or something).
“Admission of the faithfully shaken…” is referring to how El-P’s lack of faith has been altered, and he is now trapped in this plane, waiting for the results.
“30 thousand and dropping…” is referring to the plane plummeting to the Earth, and the final phrase in that line is referring to how El-P’s faith is finally “on and popping” with him.
