This ties in with the earlier lines, he keeps them at a loss for words and is breathtakin'
Since breathtaking in this sense means that his skill is astounding, it will make anyone’s favorite emcee sound inferior to him (sounding ass), though changes meaning with the finished word
If some one is asthmatic they might suffer from shortness of breath and have trouble breathing
