To be more specific, see when Lupe flows, he sometimes can go straight over your head if your not paying attention.

i.e. like it did to the explanation of “just a little wordplay”
indeed, he doesn’t flow/floor, he ceilings because his lyrics don’t just flow, they are complex and hard to understand at first, thus “i don’t flow i ceiling” = he goes right over your head.

He’s also continuing the up/down theme from the previous line with “floor” and “ceiling”. Even further, if you listen closely, you can interpret what he says as, “ I don’t flow, I’m sealing,” which is just more wordplay (if something is sealed, water can’t flow through).

It’s just a great line
