Saba plans to become one of the most succesful in the rap game, just like The Game did with The Documentary.

Also, notice the goat/milk wordplay, since goats also produce milk.

Joey is calling other modern rappers soft and sweet. Following the theme about candy from the previous line, he compares them to Now and Later, which is a taffy-like type of candy.

The slogan of the company is “Hard ‘N Fruity Now and Soft 'N Chewy Later”, so Joey could be saying that modern rappers are pretending to be hard, but they are really soft and “sweet” like candy.

Joey is also saying that these other rappers are relevant now, but later they will be forgotten.

Also notice the play on words with “rappers” and “wrappers”.

“The Sun Always Shines on T.V.” is a new wave synth pop song. It was the third single from a-ha’s debut album Hunting High And Low. Though not as successful as their debut single “Take on Me”, it was still an international smash, reaching the top 20 in eleven countries, hitting the top spot in the UK and Ireland and reaching #20 in the US. It has sold over 5 million records worldwide. The song was written just as their debut single “Take On Me” was finding success.

Despite the fact this is a-ha’s second top 20 hit in the US, sometimes they are still labeled a one-hit wonder there.

Style P’s song “Good Times (I Get High)”, which is about doing drugs, got heavy air play. However, when he made the song “I’m Black”, which is about pride of skin color and social problems, it had less success. The industry seems to only want “ignorant” music with a negative message to have success, and the people in charge avoid playing “positive” music. They only want what they can make profit from.

Also notice the play on sense/cents and dollars.

A.D.H.D = Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder. Children diagnosed with ADHD are often hyperactive and/or aggresive. ADHD is treated with Ritalin (previous line). B.o.B says it was not a real disease but it was just an experiment, maybe to see how children react to Ritalin. Since the drug is calming the children down, diagnosing them with ADHD and giving them Ritalin could make the parenting easier.
