Playing off of Radiohead’s idea that karma is enforced by actual police, here he is saying that those actual “Karma Police” are corrupt because, apparently he is innocent of any wrong-doing but is being dealt the repercussions of one who has done a lot of wrong-doing. So someone needs to tell internal affairs to report the misuse of power by the “Karma Police”. Here also lies the double-meaning of internal affairs:

1 – a service that investigates crimes of those that investigate crimes.
2 – a reference to thoughts, ideas, and struggles going on inside one’s mind/psyche.

For those who deal with depression/anxiety its hard to tell what comes first, the anxiety or the symptom. Worn out and frustrated from dealing with illness and fatigue and on top of that trying to determine if the illness and fatigue are legitimate or psychosomatic. Then further stressed by debating over whether one should seek medical help for a symptom or just assume it is psychosomatic, risking the possibility of either being determined “crazy” by a doctor who thinks the symptom is psychosomatic or actually getting worse physically because the symptom is a real sign of illness, but because one doesn’t want to risk humiliation by the possibility of being determined “crazy”, and they don’t do anything about it.
