1) Allusions to two other dope modern-day Artists/Emcees who’s music, upon further inspection, hint and point at knowledge of history and energy within self.

2) Repetition of the word “Black,” cuing in on the negative connotation behind the word and the grouping together it spurs, and how unnecessary it is.

3) On a lighter level, people as fans of music often correlate small details of many of their favorite artists to make them relate to each other as much as the fan relates to each of them seperately. Hence, many comparisons get made, when people should just accept music as individual expression. Not that there’s anything wrong with thinking they all like black..

A Black Hat Hacker is a hacker who, usually criminal in nature, “violates computer security for little reason beyond maliciousness or for personal gain.” Although that may not be the case here, the point of the line is the insinuated preparation for the negative backlash that comes with being strong behind what you believe in.

One pays “odes” to something they respect, and these codes in question (i.e laws, religions, etc.) receive countless odes on the daily.

But forget comfort, these concepts are brittle ways of thinking. Broken just as easily as one can crack an eggshell.

Plays with the idea behind the cliche “Walking on eggshells.” Taboo topics being discussed, however “necessary” one may see them being, usually leaves some pretty uncomfortable. Debates are less fun when every concept is like that though.. it happens.

The most serene state is coupled with the most complex thinking. Imagine figuring out that even when you’re wrong… it’s right. Try to think nothing at all. That’s when you’ll know the most.
