Ballistic projectiles are things which are build to keep flying for a long time, thanks to their acceleration and speed. An example:
Bullets, they keep flying over long distance and it takes a big amount of time before they lose speed and start dropping

“Meditating” is something that should give you a peaceful calm feeling.

But if you’re on the train tracks, and a train comes towards you, most likely you get an adrealine rush and feel hyped up.
