R.A. the Rugged Man is known for often urinating in public, on different things. He was never afraid to do it. Therefore, he can easily pee on your property. He has also spoken about people recognizing him as someone who pees in public in an interview with Noisey:

Well, I think if I manage to win this one, I’ll probably win the whole season, because I’m going against Thom who is already putting in mad work, plus this will probably be the busiest week for me.
