This song is about a particular kind of rebellion, or rather, philosophy of rebellion, Anarchism. Like many of the Anarchist of the 19th century, Ab Soul goes after all forms of man made authority: religion, the state and capitalism. Also the his wanting to shoot these figures of authority is reminiscent of Emma Goldman and the assassination of president Mckinley.
