ACCEPTED COMMENT: In support of the original annotation, “yay high” is a common term generally used to refer to when someone was a given height (you generally simultaneously make a motion with your hand to show how far from the ground they were at the time).
He is also playing on the next line by saying he stays “fly”. So he’s been styling since “yay high” like he’s high up in the air. The next line he also plays on “fly”
