A chicken can live without its head for a short period of time, but without a brain its technically retarded. A chicken is also slang for a sex obsessed women. Meaning the “chicken” won’t be able to give head because the cock or penis can’t go up.

A track/cocaine metaphor. When running track one runs(or hustles) next to lines just like when hustling cocaine one will run or push coke that will turn into lines when used. Also in track one starts on a starting block just like a dealer starts with a block of cocaine.

While there is wordplay spread throughout this tape, I felt there wasn’t enough so I recorded this verse to prove my mastery of wordplay. Every single line in this verse except one has elements of wordplay in it.

Notice the teeth/pussy/biters wordplay. For those who don’t know toothed vaginas was an urban legend used to deter rape, which is lyrically what I do to MC’s. Especially MC’s who bite my lyrics.

I interpolated these two lines from Beatles songs. The first one is from John Lennon’s verse on A Day In The Life. It’s meant to suggest deep reflection. When your staring in the mirror combing your hair and have nothing better to do than think. The second line I got from Blue Jay Way. It suggests my friends try to find their way in life but their vices make them lose themselves.

These lines set up a running theme in my mixtape. Of the decision of settling down and finding a girl who’ll make me happy but may in the future not age well. In other words sacrificing looks for personality. Or living life with multiple girls who will be able to give me instant gratification when I’m older however I’ll end up unhappy.

Also a reference to the Beatles song “When I’m Sixty-Four”

Saying that I can only trust a girl if I can retaliate against any indiscretions of hers. So when I’m drunk I become more gullible and trusting but also more violent.
