Although he might not be the most well known player, DeOssie is still critical to the Giants success. He is one of the most consistent long snappers in the NFL, and made the pro bowl in 2008 and 2010. He also played a major role in the Giants 2007 and 2011 Super Bowl victories.
He also was the long snapper on the Giants game winning field goals in the NFC championship game vs Green Bay in 2007 and San Francisco in 2011.

Serge Ibaka is a professional NBA player, currently on the Oklahoma City Thunder. He is nicknamed Serge Iblocka because he is known as one of the best shot blockers in the league today.
A blocka is slang for a gun, since the sound it makes when shooting somewhat sounds like “blocka”. Kanye is saying he might short circuit from all the stress and pressure and hit you with his blocka, or shoot you.
Also a reference to the Pusha T song Blocka. Pusha is signed to Kanye’s label G.O.O.D Music.

Steve Jobs was the CEO of Apple before his death in 2011, and he was considered a visionary in the field of technology and one of the smartest men during his time. He revolutionized the computer industry and continued to grow to make other devices as well. Apple still remains to be on the top of the technology world creating ground breaking devices such as the iPad, iPod, and Mac computer.
IBM is also a huge company that created some of the first ever computers, changing the world forever. Kanye is comparing himself to those three, saying he is changing and advancing music. He also compared himself to Steve Jobs and some other visionaries in a rant, or as he calls them visionary streams of consciousness, at a show in Paris.
