Countless rappers have used the phrase “it aint trickin if you got it” referring to when they buy expensive things for women. they are saying if you have the money, it’s not like “trickin” (paying for sex essentially) cuz you have so much extra laying around. when those rappers careers die and the money goes away they will see that it was indeed tricking and they wish they could have that 10k in cash now rather than the random chick having that mink coat

I have been rippity rapping for a long time. Many tykes out there probably view Ice T as a cop from Law and Order or whatever fucking show that is he is on. He used to write controversial songs about killing cops with his band bodycount. I killed dozens of cops.

top billin means headlining act, not referring to money although i can see why you would say that. it’s also kind of a reference to the old classic hip hop song by Audio Two.
