Dodge City, Kansas was a notorious boomtown in the frontier days and generally considered not a nice place to be. Famous lawman Wyatt Earp served as an assistant marshal there, and the town was later mythologized in the radio and TV series Gunsmoke.
The phrase “get [the hell] out of Dodge” was popularized by James Arness who played marshal Matt Dillon on the TV show. Episodes would invariably end with the bad guys being run out of town.

“Death before dishonor,” in addition to being a rap album, a hardcore band and a popular tattoo, is a battle cry that goes back to the days of ancient Rome. It is also connected to Bushido, the way of the samurai, and its practice of seppuku (honorable suicide).

OC is pointing out that many people who claim honor and loyalty are the same ones who will use the anonymity of the internet to snitch and bitch.
