efemjay cuts out the music and recites his raps a cappella for the next three measures.

In the previous lines, efemjay says he’d like to have sexual intercourse with the singer Lisa Loeb – this would, in fact, be a dream come true. However, reality intrudes upon the fantasy when efemjay realizes having sex with Loeb would be too risky – after all, he has heard that she gave oral sex to the HIV-positive Magic Johnson, and even though it is highly unlikely to contract HIV from oral sex, efemjay would rather be safe than sorry. This is a safe sex message, kids!

Generally, efemjay expresses a preference for more full-figured ladies in his music. Here, however, he reveals a secondary preference for nerdy girls, or perhaps more specifically, nerdy MILFs, such as the singer Lisa Loeb, pictured below. He says it is his dream to make her take off her clothes and allow him to have intercourse with her (“magic stick” referring to penis, in an homage to 50 Cent’s song of that name).

efemjay says his opponent’s only fans are a “faggot nerd clan” – the fans aren’t cool. “Faggot nerd clan” also references the line above, where efemjay cites rival Dana Burd, whose crew efemjay and friends referred to as “The Nerds.” Perhaps efemjay is saying that Dana Burd’s band’s only fans were a “faggot nerd clan” as well.

By contrast, efemjay says his fan-base has a global reach.

When efemjay performs, he “rocks hard” like the underground metal band Pagan. This band, it should be noted, features two of efemjay’s former partners in rhyme: Molson Ice (Shawn Frolich) and MC Preach On (Ryan Clark). The band also featured efemjay’s childhood friend and Juvenilia rap compatriot Phil Trumble (known as “DJ T-Rock,” of the group elementary-school rap group The Weirdo Boys).

In contrast to the hard-rocking Pagan, efemjay says his imagined opponent does not “rock hard,” and compares the softness of his rocking to that of “Dana Burd’s band” – Dana Burd being an efemjay rival who headed a two-man alternative rock band.

Ironically, the drums to this song were composed on a Boss DR-550 drum machine that efemjay purchased from Dana Burd for $200 in 1995. Later, efemjay sold the drum machine to Molson Ice, who gave it back to efemjay in 2007 for the production of Full Blown AIDS.

efemjay expresses his disdain for politicians, politics, and the state by saying “fuck you” to each of the past four presidents in reverse chronological order: George W. Bush, Bill Clinton, George H.W. Bush, and Ronald Reagan. If Barack Obama had been elected at the time the song was written, he would have gotten a “fuck you” too.

Alluding back several lines, where efemjay gives advice for men with occasional erectile dysfunction, efemjay compares the inability to get erect with that of the infamous black porn star Byron Long. Long, while well-hung, had a notoriously flaccid member in many 1990s porn scenes. He still managed to get it done, though.

Referring to the line above, where efemjay gives the advice that “in a pinch” – when you’re unable to achieve an erection – to stuff a condom with a sock and use that to penetrate your female partner, efemjay warns that if the girl can’t tell the difference, it could be your swan song.

Yes, swan song. A siren song is something totally different. “Swan song” is the intended meaning – a final gesture. “Siren song” provides the rhyme with “Byron Long,” though, and so far, nobody has noticed.

Val Charles is the name of an efemjay classmate. After high school, she began living as a man – or more accurately, as a boy – taking the name Brian Newman. As Newman, she began living with a family that had a young daughter. Charles/Newman began have a sexual relationship with the girl, and to achieve penetration, she would use a sock (which she had presumably stuffed in her jeans, giving the appearance of a penis bulge) stuffed into a condom. Weird! Here is a blurb I found on the Web:

Mary Cheney (pictured, left) is the daughter of former Vice President Dick Cheney. She is a lesbian. efemjay reminds listeners of this by saying he performs even more cunnilingus than the former VP’s daughter. Cheney, of course, is a member of the Republican Party, a group that is generally unkind to homosexuals.
