efemjay is a very good freestyle rapper. He is “stupid” (old-school slang for “very good”) “off-the-dome” (extemporaneously – he can rap without having written lyrics prepared beforehand). The double meaning of “stupid” is explored by comparing his proficiency (“stupid” in old-school hip-hop slang) at rapping extemporaneously, with the literal stupidity of 2008 Vice Presidential candidate Sarah Palin when she attempts to speak extemporaneously.

efemjay drinks vodka from a metal flask when parasailing. This is intended to show how “bad-ass” he is. Can parasailing earn you a ghetto pass, though?

efemjay is so “gutter,” so “hood,” so deserving of a “ghetto pass,” that when he watched the HBO drama The Sopranos, it was only to catch a glimpse of actress Jamie-Lynn Sigler’s posterior. She was more full-figured then.

efemjay says he “keeps it gutter” – he is “true to the streets.” For this, he thinks he deserves a “ghetto pass.”

Rod Blagojevich was the governor of Illinois. When then-U.S. Senator Barack Obama was elected president, this left a vacancy in the U.S. Senate in Obama’s home state of Illinois. Under the U.S. Constitution, the state’s governor is empowered to fill this vacancy. Blagojevich allegedly tried to sell the Senate seat – he was “out to get that money.” Here, efemjay compares his own pursuit of wealth to that of Blagojevich.

efemjay “knocks pussy walls out the frames” – he is very good at vaginal penetration. He doesn’t “play games” with women (“dames”) – he will “destroy a bitch.” This could mean he figuratively “destroys” a woman’s (“bitch’s”) vagina through mutually enjoyable but thorough intercourse, or it could mean that he will physically dispatch of any woman (“bitch”) who tries to “play games” with him.

efemjay could also still be referring to the “suckers” who “step to him” in an effort to get fame. These “suckers” are presumably male, but efemjay might be feminizing them in an effort to insult them.

Inauthentic rappers (“suckers”) want to confront (“step to”) efemjay in an effort to get unearned fame. When this happens, efemjay “kicks ass and takes names.”

efemjay also says he “knocks pussy walls out the frames.” “Pussy wall” refers to the inner lining of the vaginal channel. Here, efemjay plays on the double meaning of “wall” by comparing the vaginal “wall” to an actual construction with framing. By saying he “knocks pussy walls out the frames,” he’s saying he’s good at sex.

Further, there is the double meaning of “pussy,” meaning both “vagina” and “wimp.” In keeping with the “kicking ass and taking names” theme, “knocking pussy walls out the frames” can also be referring to physically beating the “wimps” or “suckers” who are “stepping” to him – “pussies.”

Then of course there is the classic 1996 efemjay song, “P.W. Smasher” – the “P.W.” stands for “Pussy Wall.”

The Chancellor compares the frenzied joy listeners are bound to experience when they hear this song to the “spazzing out” of the A Christmas Story character Ralphie Parker getting so excited for the chocolate-milk beverage Ovaltine that he becomes virtually catatonic (“cracking out”). Or, perhaps The Chancellor is referring to Ralphie’s initial excitement over receiving his Ovaltine-sponsored Little Orphan Annie decoder ring.
