Into the face of Mount Rushmore is carved the Mount Rushmore National Memorial – a sculpture of former presidents George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, Theodore Roosevelt and Abraham Lincoln, representing the first 130 years of USA history.
Rapping about presidents, Luda means money, because dollar bills got presidents on them. So if:
MONEY = PRESIDENTS
PRESIDENTS = ROCKS
MONEY = ROCKS
and
MOUNT RUSHMORE = LUDA’S ACCOUNTS
Mount Rushmore is pure rock, which is 1,745 m above the sea level. So the final equation is:
ROCKS . X = MOUNT RUSHMORE
where X is the amount of Luda’s money. For sure X got at least 8 digits…

@BrianErwin The Quavo/Huncho stuff is pretty common (see here, for example, from “Cocoon”); his Twitter handle is, after all, QuavoHuncho. I agree that the references to Japanese culture are interesting, but they are also sometimes tone deaf to other concerns. Since Huncho is a commonly occurring nickname for Quavo in Migos music, it seemed less directly relevant here.
