The truest/realist part of showing off as an emcee is rooted in your lyrical content. The label, the image, and personality you put out there as an artist are important, but your lyrics, as an MC, are what differentiate you from everybody else out there. So I’m just putting this out here, if you Search underneath your skin (your image), and start rapping from the heart/soul, only better things are to come.
