After you hear this song, it will forever be inside your head, like if you were raped by your father. Clever wordplay, as “getting brain” is also slang for getting blown. Earl is obviously a huge fan of Em’s Relapse, reusing many themes from the album

Earl may also be leading in to a diss of his friend Tyler by referencing Tyler’s tendency to rap about his absentee father

To test the quality of a shipment of cocaine, the purchaser will cut into it with his knife, and snort a small amount.

Although Supreme doesn’t have a switchblade, they do have a hunting knife (and a switchblade comb).

This is poking fun at the outlandish avant-garde outfits worn by models, many of them looking almost like Halloween costumes. See, for example, Lady Gaga here:

When Casey says “Red and White Diamonds” He’s referring to the clothing company Supreme, in which the logo is red and white

Like he said in the previous line, he’s a virgin, so he’s “pure”, but also mentally sick (and sick (good) at rhyming). You can’t get rid of him, he’s here to stay

This is a reference to Tyler killing Earl on the burgundy carpet a few lines back

To “kill someone on their own track”, a phrase made popular by a Nas line from his famed diss track Ether, means to best another rapper with a feature verse. Nas claimed that Eminem killed Jay-Z on “Renegade”

Tyler gets a large share of this song, making Earl look like the feature on a track that was supposed to be his own initially

This sets up the intro to the next song on the album, Kill. As Earl explains in Kill, Tyler did this as payback for Earl’s stellar performance on Assmilk

Tyler is meeting himself, who is his favorite rapper. He could also be pretending to address a fan by reversing what fans usually say to their idols

Tyler’s enemies are masturbatory losers. When they get the munchies…wait. Is that shit delivery?

Ohhhhhhh.

A reference to the Jamaican folk song Day O and to André Leon Talley, Vogue editor and America’s Next Top Model judge. It is also a reference to the song “Banana Man” by Tally Hall.
