“Running up” is a common phrase Young Thug employs for getting copious amounts of money – cf. “Digits” from Slime Season 3, “I Know There’s Gonna Be (Good Times),” and his breakout hit “Danny Glover” as three examples of variants on this phrase appearing.

The best Young Thug songs by year -
2011: “Oooorr”
2012: “Creepy Crawlin'”
2013: “Danny Glover”
2014: “The Blanguage”
2015: “I Know There’s Gonna Be (Good Times)”
2016: “Guwop Home”

What’s crazy is how many songs could arguably take these spots – I’m most conflicted of “Good Times” being ahead of “Raw,” but “Good Times” is the best pop song of an indeterminate amount of time. “The Blanguage” ahead of “Givenchy” was another really tough decision.
